My mother was given a type written copy of a wonderful experience of a man named Heber Q. Hale. He\u00a0had a wonderful vision about the world beyond death. From those early years as\u00a0I questioned where &#8220;daddy&#8221; was, my mother would read this account to my sisters and me. It was a wonderful comfort. The part of the article that was seared into my heart and understanding was the description of the plants and trees. It touched me in a way that is hard to describe. Almost like a memory from a previous home. A great desire began to grow within myself to learn as much as I could on the journey beyond death.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a title=\"A Vision Given to Heber Q. Hale in 1920.<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The reason I have started this blog is to share the things I have learned through the years on this subject. My own son&#8217;s tragic death in 2002 prompted intense study and a novel to be written that will be out in print in the upcoming months.<\/p>\n<p>As I dealt with the death of my beautiful boy I found comfort in talking and sharing with others. I was always amazed how little the world\u00a0understood of the world beyond. I love a beautiful quote from:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>President Dwight D. Eisenhower: &#8220;There is no tragedy in life like the death of a child. Things never get back to the way they were.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I have experienced one of life&#8217;s most painful experiences. My heart was broken, I have healed but I still bear the scars. It is a journey that teaches empathy for others and their experiences.\u00a0 When you have been at the very bottom, the only choice you have is to journey up.<\/p>\n<p>My hope is for this blog to be a safe place for others to share.
